Group Class

  • Our All Level class is designed for everyone — from beginners to more experienced clients. In this class, all levels move together while instructors provide detailed guidance on equipment, movement, and technique throughout the session.

    We offer many exercise options and modifications, so you can choose the level that feels best for your body and movement experience. Whether you are new to Pilates or looking for a stronger challenge, you are welcome here.

  • Our Athletic class is designed for clients who are already familiar with Pilates equipment and feel comfortable using it safely and confidently.

    This class moves at a quicker pace with more athletic and challenging movement combinations. Instructors expect clients to have a basic understanding of equipment setup, transitions, and Pilates foundations.

    We highly recommend taking our All Level or Strength & Stretch classes first. Once you feel comfortable with the equipment and movement flow, Athletic class is a great next step to challenge your strength, endurance, coordination, and control.

  • Our Advanced class is the highest level offered at Pilates For You Bel Air. This class moves at a faster pace and instructors will use Pilates terminology throughout the session with less detailed equipment explanation.

    Clients are expected to feel confident with Pilates equipment, transitions, and foundational movement skills. We highly recommend taking Athletic classes first to continue building strength, coordination, endurance, and Pilates knowledge before joining Advanced class.

    Once you are comfortable with the equipment and movement flow, Advanced class becomes a fun, challenging, and rewarding experience.

  • Our Strength & Stretch class is open to all levels. This class combines Pilates movement and equipment with strength-focused training to help build muscle, stability, and overall body strength.

    While staying true to Pilates principles, we incorporate added resistance, loading, and more set-based work to create a stronger workout experience. You will improve strength, endurance, mobility, and flexibility all in one class.

    Whether you are new to Pilates or experienced, this class offers options for every level and is a great way to build strength safely and effectively.
