We require all students to have Free consultation and at least one private session before joining a Reformer or Tower group class. This is for your education and safety.

Group Class

  • Our All Level Reformer class is designed for clients who have experience with Pilates and are aware of their own physical strengths and limitations. The instructor will focus on exercises that promote core strength and control, as well as exercises that promote spinal articulation, flexibility and mind/body connection. The instructor may offer modifications or variations to best meet the needs of each individual in class.

  • You will learn basic Pilates exercises as well as therapeutic exercises designed to unwind and retrain your breathing, posture, basic functional movement patterns. Body awareness classes are great for all levels and can be especially beneficial to new clients, clients with previous injuries/physical limitations, and clients who would like to work more slowly on their pilates technique.

  • The Athletic Reformer class is designed for clients who have been attending our Pilates Reformer classes regularly, have increased their strength, control and body-awareness, and are ready for more challenge. The class offers a faster pace and sequencing, while teaching full-body exercises that promote balance, control, and core strength. It is a great fit for clients who are injury-free and ready to work up a sweat!

  • Combining essential Mat work with the benefits of the Pilates Reformer Tower equipment, this class is appropriate for students who are familiar with Pilates and do not have any physical limitations. Through a system of springs and bars, the equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning, while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles.

  • The class flows using slow, focused movements designed to improve your flexibility, balance and posture awareness. It will truly restore your mind and body.
