Kim graduated in 2017 from Holistic Massage Training Institute. She is an aspiring Pilates instructor and is excited to pair Pilates with her extensive massage therapy knowledge and all the benefits massage therapy has to offer. Pilates focuses on the mind-body connection. By addressing clients personalized muscular needs through massage it will enhance each Pilates session exponentially, while also addressing the individual’s overall wellness.
